Returns

Since dry fruits are food products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order details and product photos.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only after reviewing the issue. The product must be unused and reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you for refund details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
• Opened or consumed food products
